"I grew up playing hockey, have taught stickhandling camps across the US and Canada, and am currently in my fourth decade of coaching. I never had aspirations to be a coach. I never played for the Komets. A men's league teammate asked me to help at a practice and another coach then asked me to help with his team and I was hooked."
